A Light for A Life

A Light for A Life Service

Our 3rd light for a light was held at The Hi-Tide in Porthcawl on Sunday 2nd December

There was plenty of Christmas cheer, with Father Christmas bringing the children some toys and where he also lit the Hi-Tide Christmas Tree lights.

The Vicar of Newton Parish came and said the most gorgeous prayer for our loved ones. There was a raffle with plenty of prizes to be had, a hog roast which was delicious.

Christmas is always a really hard time but we we're hoping we made it a little more bearable. We also had our memory book on display and thank you to all those who filled in a memory form. You can view your entry below along with some pictures of the night.

We raised an amazing £715.34, Thank you again to everyone who came. Your support means the world to us xxxx

To dedicate a light, simply print the Dedication Form below and return to Cost of Cancer with your donation. Your light will take a special place amongst the hundreds shining on the tree throughout the festive season.

For every person who dedicates a light on the tree they will receive a commemorative heart which can be planted this can serve as a floral reminder to you loved ones.

During the service, the tree will be illuminated and a Dedication Prayer said for the lights.
